All deliveries must be signed for and are sent first-class/insured.

If you are in a rush to get your hands on your topper, priority ordering might be available and will incur an extra charge.

Charges for priority/rush orders will depend on the desired delivery date, with earlier dates costing more.

Damages, although rare, can usually be fixed with glue and if aligned properly are seamless.

If in the rare event that your topper is severly damaged upon delivery, you can return it to be repaired free of charge (you will need to cover the postage costs).

In some cases you may be entitled to a full or partial refund (excluding postage costs).

For a refund or repair, you must return the topper and any pieces along with it. It must also be packaged as good as it was when you received it.
